| Tim joined maa in 1998 with a design and construction background in the commercial, health and hotel sectors. Tim was site architect for Reardon Smith on the Grosvenor House hotel in Central London. At maa Tim's experience includes the design and construction of a £1.8m office extension, mixed use live/work units, a curved terrace of three sustainable dwellings in Cobham and a £6m mixed use D&B refurbishment scheme in Hammersmith. He has recently been responsible for the design/construction of bespoke dwellings, both housing and flats and the Park Gate mixed use residential/office sustainable refurbishment scheme. |
