A tight urban site in Weybridge town centre for a new build residential development of apartments and houses. This highly sustainable car free scheme is arranged mews style around a shared communal courtyard. Each apartment has an area of private external space either as a balcony or patio. The curving metal roof maximises the volume of the building while maintaining daylight to the adjacent properties. Arranged over just two storeys the scheme managed to achieve 276 dwellings per hectare.
