This town centre site in High Wycombe had to address the opportunities of a steeply sloping site and varying scales of surrounding buildings. The scheme achieves 120 apartments with south facing courtyard gardens and roof terraces, 10 houses and 4000sqm of retail. A new public space is created together with other infrastructure and public realm improvements.
