A town centre regeneration project located on a derelict site in central Kingston upon Thames adjacent to the river. Recently completed, the scheme comprises 58 apartments and a ground floor café. MAA are working with the council and adjacent landowners on creating a new public square, completing a Thames Path link and further commercial and residential buildings.
