Grand Royale is a 170-room, Grade II listed hotel, adjacent to Kensington Gardens in London.  Working closely with the Heritage, Planning Consultant and Client, MAA designed a scheme to improve the accessibility of the hotel through the insertion of a platform and internal lift, alongside the replanning and renovation of the bedrooms.
