Set within a historic rum warehouse at the heart of Liverpool’s iconic docks, the Titanic Hotel represents a bold new addition to the city’s hospitality scene. From the outset, Jon Barker and Greg Place collaborated closely with the owner of the Titanic Experience to shape a compelling brand vision for this unique hotel concept.

Working hand-in-hand with the client, we translated this vision into a cohesive visual identity and immersive physical environment that reflects the heritage and character of the space.

Our team led the operational setup for the hotel’s pre-opening phase—developing comprehensive standard operating procedures, designing bespoke training programmes, and embedding a dedicated on-site management team. We remained on location for nine months post-launch to ensure a seamless opening and establish a strong foundation for long-term success.
